Garlic powder is something you get from grinding garlic flakes. You make it into powder to add taste to your recipe. Garlic powders are used in restaurants instead of peppers. 


Garlic salt.

Garlic salt is you add three table spoon salt to a single table spoon of dried garlic powder. Garlic salts are used to add flavours while eating just like pepper powder.
